After signing with the Buffalo Bills, a knee injury ended his pro career prematurely. Dean then turned to acting as his new career.
His big break came in 1993 when he landed the iconic role of Clark Kent/Superman on the TV series “Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman”. The show ran for 4 seasons (87 episodes) from 1993-1997.
Dean then went on to star in many popular movies and TV shows which include: Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, Out of Time, Rat Race, The Broken Hearts Club, Smallville (TV), God’s Not Dead, Hit The Floor (TV), SUPERGIRL (TV), CSI: Miami (TV), The Division (TV), and Beverly Hills 90210 (TV), and many more!
