Amanda has worked on many of the top titles in comics, such as LOIS LANE, BIRDS OF PREY, X-MEN UNLIMITED, GATECRASHER (which she also co-created), HARLEY QUINN (with Jimmy Palmiotti), and THE PRO, an Eisner-nominated creator-owned book (with Jimmy Palmiotti and Garth Ennis. She also worked on the highly successful BEFORE WATCHMEN: SILK SPECTRE series with Eisner-winning creator Darwyn Cooke.
Amanda’s work can also be seen outside the comic-book community, in such places as ABC’s Nightline, NYT, MAD Magazine, and Nickelodeon. Her collaboration with Ingrid Michaelson was industry celebrated. Her work has been featured in multiple episodes on the award-winning CBS comedy series The Big
Bang Theory!
Jimmy is a multi award winning character creator with a wide range of experience in advertising, production, consulting, film writing, development and production, media presentation and video game development. Just a few of his clients include Nike, Nickelodeon, Universal pictures, Disney, Warner Brothers, DreamWorks, Lion’s Gate, Starz, New Line, MTV, 2kgames, Midway, Activision, and
THQ games.
Jimmy is the Co-founder of such companies as Event Comics, Black Bull Media, Marvel Knights, a division of marvel comics, and the current Paperfilms, where he is partners with Amanda Conner. Together they have created and co-created numerous universes, comics, TV series and characters! Including: Monolith, 21 Down, The Resistance, The Pro, Gatecrasher, Trailblazer, and the TV series, Painkiller Jane, just to name a few. Several of his contributions can be found in major motion pictures and TV series for Marvel and DC, including Black Panther, Daredevil, Suicide Squad, Harley Quinn animated and more. His most recent project is the new Spawn comic series ‘The Deadly Tales of the Gunslinger’.
